Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DETHRONE. By listing, paying, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using DETHRONE you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have authority to make the payments you submit, and accept these Terms and the public Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What DETHRONE is
DETHRONE is a paid-ranking leaderboard for public links. Position is determined solely by confirmed money paid. There is no editorial review, quality scoring, voting, or endorsement. A listing's rank is not an opinion, recommendation, or verification of the linked destination by the Operator.
3. What you can list
You may list a publicly reachable product or company website, an eligible public profile or @handle, or a supported product page that you own or are authorized to promote. You are solely responsible for the destination and for all content and claims at it.
4. Payments and no refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe and are final. Money paid is money spent. There are no refunds for being outbid, changing your mind, campaign performance, suspension for a Terms violation, or any other reason. Prices are shown before you pay and are the amount charged.
5. How ranking works
Every eligible listing is ranked by its confirmed lifetime paid total, highest first. Ties are broken by whoever reached the total first. Rank changes only after your payment provider confirms the payment and can change the instant someone pays more. The Operator does not manually set or reorder ranks.
6. No guarantee of results
DETHRONE sells position on the board, not traffic, clicks, conversions, sales, uptime, or any outcome. Estimated visitor counts and metrics are provided for information only and are not guaranteed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not list or link to malware, phishing, scams, deceptive redirects, content that is illegal in the United States, content that infringes another party's rights, or a destination you are not authorized to promote. You must not manipulate, probe, or interfere with the service or its payment flow.
8. Suspension and removal
The Operator may suspend or remove any listing that violates these Terms or the Rules, or that presents a safety or legal risk. Suspension affects eligibility only; it does not reorder other listings and does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Operator's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to the service in the 30 days before the claim.
11. Changes
The Operator may update these Terms and the Rules. Material changes apply going forward and do not retroactively refund or re-rank confirmed payments. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
DETHRONE is operated by a limited liability company organized in the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
